We are using the PM2 method. The European Commission created and supports the PM2 project management approach. Its goal is to give project teams the tools they need to efficiently manage their work and provide their organizations and stakeholders with benefits and solutions. PM2 is lightweight, simple to use, and appropriate for any kind of project. Customized to meet the needs, cultural norms, and institutional constraints of the European Union, PM² incorporates components of best practices and internationally recognized standards. Aiming to bring the approach and its advantages closer to the user community, Open PM2 gives EU Member States, private businesses, and the general public open access to PM2.
