We proposed an 8-day activity in Mexico in which team work sessions were organised with teachers and students from European institutions and members of the non-profit organization, who will collaborate with Mexican teachers and students

We have proposed this activity as a way to face a reality that is very different from the European one. As detailed in the Erasmus+ guide, European citizens need to be better equipped with the knowledge, skills and competences needed in a dynamically changing and ever changing society that is increasingly mobile, multicultural and digital. With this activity in Mexico we want to include multiculturalism in a direct way.

Icebreaker Session – Event: GIRLS Project Delegation Welcome

Activity 1: My Expectations and Fears (By identifying and sharing their expectations and fears, participants are encouraged to reflect on their personal goals and potential challenges while recognizing that others may have similar concerns)

Activity 2: Paper Plane Challenge: By forming mixed groups of students and faculty from different countries, participants are encouraged to move beyond national and professional boundaries to achieve a common goal
